CANCELATION POLICY

_{Before July 1}

Requests for refunds or cancelations received before July 1 will receive 100% refund.

Before September 1

Requests for cancelations or refunds received after July 1 but before September 1 will be charged a 25% cancelation fee.

After September 1

Because of pre-payments and other arrangements with the conference center and hotels, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations received after September 1. However, conference registrations are transferrable to another person.
